You can start your meal plan as soon as the next available delivery date! After signing up and selecting your meals, we’ll show you the earliest delivery slot based on your location. Once confirmed, just sit back—we’ll take care of the rest and deliver fresh meals to your door!
Our meal plans are designed to be flexible! You can choose from weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly plans, depending on your needs. Each plan renews automatically but can be paused, skipped, or canceled anytime. Whether it’s for a week or long-term, you’re in full control of how long it lasts.
2. Meal Plan, Delivery & Others
- Nutri Fit offers 8 different meal plans to suit our customers’ dietary needs, food preferences, and health goals. Each plan comes in two sizes, the larger of which has a higher calorie count to accommodate those who need more calories to safely manage their weight.
- Nutri Fit team are on hand to ensure you select the right plan for you based on your optimal daily calorie intake, age, height, current weight, gender, and activity level. Our lowest calorie level is 1,000 calories per day and our highest is 2,300 calories.
Weight loss varies based on your body, activity level, and consistency. However, with our calorie-controlled, balanced meals, most customers lose an average of 0.5 to 1 kg (1–2 lbs) per week. For best results, combine your meal plan with regular exercise and plenty of hydration. Results may vary individually.

Yes, absolutely! With Nutri Fit, there’s no long-term commitment required. You can start with a weekly plan and continue only if it suits your lifestyle. Whether you want to try it for a few days or just one week, you’re in full control—pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
While this weekly meal delivery service doesn’t exactly provide the same comprehensive benefits as Nutri Fit Monthly Meal Plans, it still ensures you eat delicious, nutritious, and wholesome foods at every meal.

Nutri Fit helps you stay on track with portion-controlled, nutrient-rich meals—even after reaching your goal. With Nutri Fit Meal Plans, you can expect improved energy levels, healthier eating habits, and steady progress toward your goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or maintaining a balanced lifestyle. No problem! Nutri Fit offers flexible meal plans where you can choose breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just snacks based on your needs. Whether you want a complete meal plan or just specific meals for the day, you can customize it to fit your lifestyle and preferences.
If you are travelling, you can pause your meal plan at any time. However, we need, at least, three business days’ notice to put your plan on hold. We’ll then add up the remaining days of your plan and restart delivering your meals on your return.
When signing up on our website, we’ll ask you about your likes, dislikes, and allergies and if having a consultation with a Nutri Fit nutritionist, you’ll inform/ discuss these at your appointment. Your bespoke meal plan will be planned around your preferences.
- If you’ve been delivered a dish that isn’t to your personal taste, you can log into your Nutri Fit website profile, review your upcoming delivery items and substitute these items completely free of charge.
- Also, you can inform your account manager of any desired menu changes and swaps will be made within three business days.
- A Nutri Fit builds your menu plan according to your required calorie intake, goals, needs, dislikes, and allergies.
- Once your menu is created, it will be emailed to you for your approval. If you dislike a particular dish, we can swap it for another with similar nutritional values. You can also do this in the Nutri Fit profile.
In the Nutri Fit profile or you can contact your account manager, we offer a substitute menu where you can make requests to change your planned meals. Your account manager will apply these changes and inform you if you exceed your daily calorie limit.
We deliver throughout Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and Ras Al Khaimah at no cost.
Deliveries are daily. Our morning slot and our evening slot. Delivery schedules depend on your specific location but, in the event you’re not available to receive it, we can leave it on your doorstep or deliver your meals to an alternative location.
- When you sign up for a Nutri Fit Meal Plan, you enter whichever address is best suited for you.
- Yes. When completing our online sign-up form, please state your office address under the requested delivery information. If you wish to make changes to your delivery location, we require two business days’ notice.
Each Nutri Fit Meal Plans, plan is individually priced. Our lowest calorie plan starts from AED 179.99.
Yes, we require a refundable deposit of AED 200 for the Nutri Fit Meal Plan chiller bag. Based on past experience, our customers love the quality of our bags—so much so that they often prefer to keep them!
To ensure we can continue providing this service, the deposit will be fully refunded within 15 days of receiving the chiller bag back in good condition and without damage.
If the bag is returned damaged or in poor condition, unfortunately, the refund will not be applicable.
We appreciate your understanding and care in returning the bag.
- Payment methods include cash, cards, or cheques. You can pay online with your credit or debit card or if you prefer, you can request that our driver collect your payment from anywhere within Dubai.
- Please note that card payments made via our drivers incur an AED 25 processing fee. We will also offer very soon Tabby which allows you to pay for your monthly meal plan in weekly instalments.
You may see Nutri Fit Meal Plan promotions across digital media channels and Nutri Fit events throughout the year. These promotional offers are limited-time deals and are subject to Terms & Conditions.
We recommend you stay hydrated by drinking a minimum of two to three litres of water per day. When drinking coffee or tea, try taking it without sugar or milk.
During your plan, we recommend that you don’t go out for lunch or dinner. We’re serious about your weight loss goals and want you to enjoy the best possible results.
- Your Nutri Fit meal plan has been created for you and is designed to provide you with all the carbohydrates, proteins, and fats that your body needs. Regular well-balanced meals regulate your blood sugar levels, which in turn, reduce cravings and hunger levels.
- It will take a few days for your body to adjust to your new diet but following that, if you still feel hungry, please speak to Nutri Fit team and your plan can be amended.
- At Nutri Fit Meal Plans, we make it our mission to deliver exceptional customer service and to always go that extra mile. Every client is designated an experienced account manager whose job is to ensure your time spent with Nutri Fit Meal Plans is one to remember. We intentionally limit the number of clients assigned to each account manager to ensure you receive the service you deserve.

- We’re happy to refer you to companies that offer personal training and give preferential rates to Nutri Fit clients, however, please note these companies operate entirely independently from us.
Simply heat them in a microwave oven based on the instructions on the label. When your plan starts, we’ll also send you a guide with all the details you need.

3. Billing
To update your payment method, simply log in to your account, go to the Billing or Payment Settings section, and select “Update Card”. Enter your new card details and save the changes. Your new payment method will be used for all future orders.
You’ll be charged automatically at the time of your weekly/ monthly order confirmation, usually 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery. We’ll send you a reminder before billing, so you have time to review, skip, or update your meals as needed. No surprises—just delicious meals, right on schedule!
We offer free delivery on all meal plans! There are no hidden charges—just delicious, healthy meals delivered straight to your door at no extra cost. Enjoy the convenience without the added fees.
