Overview
Chiller Bags & Refundable Deposit
- A chiller bag deposit of AED 200 (2 bags for 5 days) and AED 250 (3 bags for 7/6 days) is refundable at the end of the plan. If a bag is lost or damaged, a charge of AED 100 per bag will be deducted from the deposit.
- Chiller bags and ice packs must be returned to Nutri Fit Meal Plans within 180 days (6 months) of the subscription ending. This can be done by scheduling a collection through the dashboard or contacting the designated account manager. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic forfeiture of the refundable deposit.
- Each client is assigned a set number of ice packs and chiller bags based on their meal plan. Clients with a 5-day meal plan are assigned 2 bags while clients with 7/6-day meal plan are assigned 3 bags. In case all bags have been used and are not returned, the following day’s delivery will be sent in a Styrofoam box/ carry bag.
- We recommend you to refrigerate your food immediately if delivered in a styrofoam box/ carry bag. Nutri Fit Meal Plans will not take responsibility for changes in food temperature when delivered in a cardboard box/ carry bag.
Cancellation and Refunds
Nutri Fit Meal Plans encourages all clients to fully commit on their plan as scheduled. If there is any event or reason that can hinder results and overall satisfaction, please bring it to the attention of your account manager or nutritionist for an immediate and appropriate solution.
Refunds at NUTRI FIT are limited due to the nature of meal prep and delivery. If a refund request is made after a discounted plan has been purchased, the customer will receive a voucher for the remaining value, valid for one year. All refund requests must be made in writing, and our team will review and respond within 6 to 10 working days.
a. Paid Trial Period (First 5 Days)
Customers are given 5 working meal days to experience our food taste, quality, and service.
If you choose to cancel within these 5 days, the company will refund or issue a voucher for the balance days without any deductions.
b. Refunds After 5 Days
If you wish to cancel after the initial 5-day paid meal days, your remaining balance days will be calculated.
A 20% cancellation charge and 17 AED per day delivery charges for successfully delivered orders, if Bag will not returned then Bag security amount also will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Refunds will take 6 to 10 working days to process by our Accounts Team after verifying:

c. Voucher Option
Instead of a refund, you may opt for a voucher of the full balance amount (no 20% deduction).
The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
d. Free Days & Offers
Any free promotional days or offers will not be included in the refund calculation.
Free days are always provided after the completion of the paid meal plan, not at the beginning.
e. Discounted Meal Plans
If the refund request is made for a discounted or promotional plan, the customer will only receive a voucher for the remaining value (no cash refund).

2. Delivery Policy
At NUTRI FIT, we provide in monthly subscription meal plans, delivered 5 days a week (Monday to Friday) across the UAE or you can select any 5 days in a week.
Delivery Timings
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah: 3:30 AM – 10:00 PM (within defined 3–4 hour time slots)
Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain: 3:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Please note: Delivery timings are approximate. While we strive for punctual and reliable service, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors.
Additional Information
Requests to change delivery addresses or locations may be subject to additional charges.
Meals will be delivered only after payment confirmation.
Any changes require 24 hours or 1 day before the meal delivery day/ time.
If you want to pause meal plan for temporary days then need the information 24 hours/ 1 day before the meal delivery day/ time.
Our team ensures that your meals are handled with care and delivered fresh.
3. Return Policy
Due to food safety standards, NUTRI FIT does not accept returns of any meals once delivered. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please report it immediately. We will investigate and take corrective action, which may include a replacement or credit. Always notify us in advance about any health conditions (e.g., diabetes, pregnancy) to help us better tailor your meals. NUTRI FIT is not responsible for adverse health outcomes if such conditions are not disclosed.
Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment or transfer to the given bank account; no cash refund is applicable.
